James Crawford is Head of Valuations & Portfolio Reporting Support in Asia Pacific for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company that provides best-in-class corporate services. James is responsible for the Valuations and Portfolio Reporting function supporting Blackstone’s real estate funds across the Asia Pacific market. He has a strategic focus on people, processes and technology to maintain platform stability for the day-to-day core service offering and to facilitate business scalability through enhanced capabilities that support a broader suite of professional services. As a member of the Leadership Team, he collaborates with other functional leaders to collectively drive Revantage APAC’s full-service offerings.

James is a qualified real estate professional with nearly 25 years of experience in valuation and advisory services, including more than 15 years in Asia, based in Singapore. He has an extensive track record in executing valuations across multiple geographies within the Asia Pacific region and across all major assets classes, as well as alternative asset classes.

Prior to joining Revantage in 2023, James held leadership roles at both CBRE and JLL, managing valuation and advisory business lines in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

James is a RICS Registered Valuer and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. He received his degree in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
