Diana Hoffmann is Global Chief Operating Officer & Co-Head of Continental Europe for Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company that provides best-in-class corporate services. She is responsible for optimizing global operations and driving a seamless experience to Revantage partners worldwide.

Diana is a consummate leader who has built and guided Blackstone companies for nearly two decades. Her leadership at Revantage began in 2011 when she assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Revantage Europe (formerly BRE Europe), an organization she continues to proudly lead as Managing Director and Co-head. In 2023, she took on the additional role of Head of Asia Pacific for Revantage.

Prior to Revantage, Diana served as Financial Controller of Hospitality Europe, a hotel group that was purchased by The Blackstone Group in 2006. Following that transaction, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Axios Hospitality Real Estate.

Originally from Germany, Diana is based in Luxembourg and serves as director on several Blackstone Real Estate investment entities. She is a certified accountant with a business degree from the German Chamber of Commerce, Berlin.
