Savio Barbosa leads the Business Transformation team for Revantage Asia Pacific and is responsible for target operating model design, continuous improvement and oversight of the Centre of Excellence. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he collaborates with all functional leaders to drive the firm’s change management programs across the region.

Before joining Revantage in 2023, Savio spent more than 20 years building a successful track record of large-scale business and operations transformation globally across Retail Banking at Barclays, Group Finance at Deutsche Bank, and Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank. He began his career as a business consultant at IBM advising on productivity and technology across a variety of industries such as airlines, telecommunications and consumer packaged goods. While he focuses on building scalability and robustness for business operations, he does so with a strong people and cultural lens, having lived and worked across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. He places a strong emphasis on meeting both external and internal stakeholder needs and ensuring that they are brought along on any transformation journey.

Savio has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, a Master’s in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
